Cancellation Policy
Deposit: Your deposit will be collected upon booking. Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred ONCE for reschedule.
Reschedules: Must contact us at least 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled appointment to transfer deposit. If rescheduled less than 48 hours, deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations: Must be at least 48 hours before appointment. Deposit will be forfeited. Any cancellation less than 48 hours results in a forfeit of deposit and full service cost charged.
No Call No Show: If you are a no show, your card will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
